The parcel/bag pick-up location and the parcel/bag drop-off location must be properly identified and bell-shaped or otherwise physically appealing, otherwise the parcel/bag pick-up/drop-off may not take place. The courier does not call or contact the customer in advance to indicate the pick-up of the parcel/bag.
