WHAT HAPPENS IF BAD IS DAMAGED?
Should it be a slight damage or simple scratches, there is no additional cost to the customer. In unusual cases, such as extensive damage or a lot of dirt, the customer should also look for the company responsible for the transportation and fill out the Baggage Irregularities Register form or another equivalent document. With this document, Bag4Days will contact the company in an attempt to resolve the problem.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF SUITCASE LosS?
In case of loss of baggage due to the responsibility of the transport company, the customer should check with the company, still in the landing area, and complete the airline's Baggage Irregularities Registration form or other equivalent document. Also file a complaint with the National Civil Aviation Agency still inside the airport. In possession of the copy of this document, Bag4Days will be in charge of the negotiation and payment of compensation by the transport company to the client. The customer will then have to reimburse Bag4Days with the market value of the product, provided for in the contract made available on its website. We advise the customer to enter into an immediate contract with Bag4Days, as soon as he / she senses the loss of the baggage, so that all support is provided.
WHAT IS THE STATE OF CONSERVATION OF SUITCASES?
The bags are of excellent quality, safe and of marks with reference in the market. It is a constant effort for us to try to give the customer a suitcase with a new appearance. Bag4Days is committed not to work with damaged bags, with marks and signs of use that depreciate them. The customer will receive a suitcase in perfect conditions of use and conservation. Risks and scratches are foreseeable and Bag4Days expects to have your customer's understanding and tolerance, but guarantees you the right to refuse to use the suitcase you have been assigned (in this case, the possibility of exchange for another bag will be checked).
WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF RECEPTION AND DELIVERY OF SUITCASES?
The customer can receive the suitcase at the address indicated when ordering the luggage, or you can pick up the suitcase personally from one of our Pickup-Point partners. They are partners strategically selected by Bag4Days, in which you will always have a discount of the products in store of our partner, when the bag is picked up. The delivery of the suitcase can be made at the same address indicated at the time of booking or can be delivered personally to the partner "Pickup-Point" where the bag was initially raised.
WHY IS THERE A LITTLE VARIETY OF SUITCASES FOR RENT?
The variety of models offered to our customers is based on the offer of the best options - resistant, safe, functional and of excellent quality. Our bags are all rigid suitcases, with high security against robberies, and resistant materials.
WHAT MOMENT WILL I PAY FOR THE RENTAL OF MALA?
Payment is made exclusively by the website, at the time of booking the chosen bag. The partner "Pickup-Point" stores are not authorized to receive any kind of payment for the rental of the suitcase that the customer is lifting. The customer will receive the bag at the indicated address or pick up the bag at one of our partners and will not have to make any payment other than that previously made on the Bag4Days website at the time of booking.
CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION ALREADY PAYABLE?
If the bag has not yet been shipped to the customer's address, the reservation may be canceled. We only ask that cancellation be communicated as soon as possible so that the bag can be released to other customers. The refund of the amount paid will be returned to the client within 30 calendar days.
WHAT ARE THE PAYING WAYS?
The forms of payment available on the site are: Credit Card, MBnet, MBWay (936 000 986), Paypal, or Bank Transfer. If the latter means of payment is chosen, the reservation of the suitcase will only be considered effective, after the receipt by email of proof of the transfer.
ARE ANY CAUSES OR WARRANTIES REQUIRED?
A deposit is required, allotted and paid at the time of payment of the rental, and will be returned within a maximum period of 15 working days after picking up the suitcase and if it is under the same conditions. The liability and legal implications of the consumer relationship are established through a service contract, made available online at the Bag4Days website and delivered via electronic at the time of booking the bag. The confirmation of the reservation and its payment presupposes the acceptance by the client of all clauses of the contract.
