• What can be stored?

    You can store everything you want, as long as the packages are properly packed to be sent to us. When we receive the packages (suitcases, boxes, backpacks, etc.) we seal with tamper-evident seal and take a picture of your serial number which will accompany the report we sent you, so that you can be sure that the interior remains tamper-proof until it arrives again into your hands.

  • Can i return the suitcase in a pickup different from what i choose?

    If, however, you change your mind and intend to deliver to another pick-up, there is no problem! Go to our website, see which pickup is most convenient for you and deliver suitcase in the box properly sealed with the new tab. If you don't already have our original box, no problem. Seal the suitcase with plastic wrap/plastic bag, stick the return slip on the outside and deliver it to the pickup.

  • How is it stored?

    The space where we keep your suitcase is cleaned and monitored 24 hours a day, so you can be calm. The suitcase will be cleaned, sanitized and photographed and we will send a report on the condition of the suitcase.

  • Where is Bag4days rental service available?

    EUROPE! Currently, our suitcase rental service (delivery and/or collection of suitcase) is available to travelers across Europe. This means that you can receive the suitcase in your country and return it to another European country.

  • What does door-to-door mean?

    Our standard service delivers and collects shipments directly from the pickups (proximity stores) with which we operate. However, we can deliver or collect directly to your preferred location (home, office, hotel, cruise ship, etc.) and deliver directly to your preferred location (home, hotel, cruise ship, etc.). We can also schedule a 'delivery hold' service at a nearby location if you are not at home.

  • Can i cancel a booking already paid?

    If the suitcase has not yet been dispatched to the customer's address, the reservation may be canceled. We only ask that the cancellation be communicated as soon as possible so that the suitcase can be released to other customers. The refund of the amount paid will be returned to the customer within 15 days.

    No security deposit or security deposit is required. The amount charged to the customer is only for the days of use of the suitcase.

  • Do I have to pay for the delivery and collection of the suitcase?

    Delivery and collection of the suitcase are included in the rental price, except for the bicycle´s suitcases, due to their size. For these suitcases, a fee of 15€ is charged (includes delivery and collection). Delivery and collection is carried out at partner pickup points. To do this, just choose the most convenient pickup and go to it during the normal hours of operation.

  • When will i pay for the suitcase rent?

    Payment is made exclusively through the website, when booking the chosen bag. The “Pickup” partner stores are not authorized to receive any payment for the rental of the bag that the customer is receiving. The customer picks up the bag at one of our partners without needing to make any additional payment in addition to what was previously done on the Bag4days website at the time of booking.

  • What to do in case of a suitcase lost?

    In case of loss of the suitcase due to the responsibility of the transport company (airline or handler), the customer must request information from the company, still in the Arrivals area and fill in the airline's Baggage Irregularity Registration form or other equivalent document. . You must also file a complaint with the National Civil Aviation Agency while you are still inside the airport. In possession of a copy of these documents, Bag4days will be in charge of negotiating the loss of the bag and its contents with the carrier. When the process is finished, the customer will receive the full value of the bag and its contents and will have to refund Bag4days with the market value of the lost bag, provided for in the contract available here. This contract comes into force when you pay for the suitcase rental.

  • What happens if the suitcase is damaged?

    Whether it is minor damage or simple scratches, there is no additional cost to the customer. In atypical cases, such as extensive damage or a lot of dirt, the customer should look for the company responsible for transport, still in the Arrivals area and fill in the Baggage Irregularity Registration form or another equivalent document. With this document, Bag4days will contact the company in an attempt to solve the problem, even in these atypical cases, the customer is not responsible.

  • How many days in advance do I have to book my order?

    As a blanket statement, we prefer a minimum of two business days notice. That said, there are multiple exceptions to that rule. Call us for something more ‘last minute’. We can likely help!

  • Are the suitcases always new?

    All the suitcases are of excellent quality, safe and of reference brands in the market. It is a constant effort for us to try to deliver suitcases that look great for the customer. Bag4days is committed to not working with damaged suitcases, with marks and signs of use that depreciate them. The customer will receive a suitcase in perfect condition for use. When the suitcases shows high signs of use, they are removed from circulation and replaced with new ones.

    In most cases, delivery notes are sent physically by email, in electronic format (.pdf), before the date of dispatch.

  • Why should I use Bag4days instead of doing it myself?

    Service, experience and attention to detail are what define us. However, the price is essential and like many shipments and regains a European level, the prices that are reproduced for sporadic environments or in small monthly quantities are much lower than requested together from any carrier.

    The amount depends on what you will send. Prices are based on the weight of the volume, the size, the country of collection and the country of delivery.
